The role:
Armis is seeking an experienced, energetic and detail-oriented Senior Accountant who will be responsible for the consolidation and maintaining the General Ledger. This position will play a crucial role in the timely financial close process, external audit, and financial reporting.
What you will do:
- Prepare inter-company entries and reconcile inter-company balances
- Consolidate monthly financials and distribute the monthly reporting package
- Actively participate in the monthly/quarterly/year-end close, which includes preparation of journal entries (i.e SBC, allocations, accruals, amortizations, reclasses, etc.), reconcile assigned BS and P&L accounts
- Prepare consolidated BS flux analysis
- Assist external reporting function with updating certain disclosure tables and tie outs
- Collaborate with FP&A and other cross-functional departments to ensure data integrity
- Prepare audit PBC items and assist with external audit requests
- Document desktop procedures and accounting processes
- Review current processes and provide recommendations to improve efficiencies
- Work closely with NetSuite admin for system and reporting enhancements and upgrades
- Ad hoc projects, analysis and reporting as required by management
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA and Big4 public accounting experience preferred
- 6+ years of accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build support across functions
- Excel at a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and willingness to assist in different areas as needed
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to interact cooperatively and work as a team
