SHADOW-IOT: A Largely Underestimated Security Risk in Germany, Austria and Switzerland

When it comes to identifying and managing IoT devices, IT decision makers have historically relied on traditional endpoint and network security solutions. The results? Armis Research shows that roughly 50% of companies know the exact number of assets connected to their corporate network, leaving many parts of a company’s IoT landscape out of their control.
