Yael Koch Warschawski

Yael Koch Warschawski is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Armis. Working closely with the CEO, Yael spearheads all aspects of HR and day-to-day operations across the organization.

During her time at Armis, Yael has built HR and recruitment processes from the ground up to support key business goals. She manages all aspects of the employee lifecycle, providing guidance on employee relations, compensation, benefits, and more. Committed to fostering a positive workplace culture, she oversees operations for Armis’ offices worldwide as well.

As part of her role, Yael is also responsible for the volunteer initiatives at Armis, ensuring that these activities contribute to a meaningful employee experience within the organization. Her work is deeply aligned with Armis’ core values, guiding her efforts to create an inclusive and engaging workplace.

Previously, Yael was Senior Legal Counsel at Ben, Naftali, Erez Zehavi, where she worked closely with C-level management and provided legal counsel on capital markets, investment operations, and regulatory compliance.
