Today marks an important milestone in the Armis journey. I’m excited to share that ServiceNow has formally announced their intention to acquire Armis.

This is a strategic step forward for our customers and our mission. From the beginning, Armis has been built to help organizations see, protect, and manage every asset they depend on across IT, OT, IoT, medical devices, cloud and code in an environment where the attack surface continues to expand. Joining ServiceNow strengthens our ability to deliver on that mission at even greater scale.

ServiceNow has been a longtime partner to Armis with deep expertise in security operations and workflows. Their focus on helping organizations operationalize security outcomes aligns closely with what our customers ask for every day: not just visibility, but action; not just insight, but measurable risk reduction. Together, we are bringing complementary strengths together to better serve the market.

Looking Ahead

The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions. Upon the closing of the transaction, Armis’s co-founders will join ServiceNow. By bringing Armis and ServiceNow together, we are better positioned to help organizations meet today’s challenges and prepare for what comes next.
