For years, I have advocated for a fundamental shift in how we approach cybersecurity. The era of siloed solutions and fragmented defenses is over. In a world defined by the rapid proliferation of connected assets and the dual-edged sword of AI, our industry must prioritize collaboration and integration over isolation.
Today marks a monumental evolution in that journey as Armis was officially acquired by ServiceNow. In this moment, I am incredibly proud. As I often do, I have been thinking back to the early days of Armis and the journey that brought us here. The team members who contributed immensely to building Armis, the partners who worked alongside us to accelerate our growth and the many customers we’ve had the privilege of supporting over the years. Thank you.
Today, we aren’t just celebrating a business milestone; we are witnessing the convergence of two powerhouses dedicated to a singular mission: protecting the digital backbone of organizations worldwide to secure society against the malicious cybercriminals and nation-state actors that seek to cause disruption.
As I discussed during my recent keynote at the RSAC Conference, we are in the midst of an AI arms race.
