Armis Technical Support Team
The Technical Support Team is at the heart of impacting and ensuring clients use the Armis products effectively. Supporting our customers to solve their challenging technical security problems is critical to achieving our mission. The technical support team does this by working with our customers to offer professional and proactive deescalation for their complex technical issues. The team collaborates and works hand in hand with the Operations, R&D teams, Solution Architects, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure seamless onboarding, deployment, and on-going development of our customers.
Our Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer will align to our US based enterprise and federal customers with most complex technical escalations. You will play a significant role within the growing US support Team and apply your creativity and innovative ideas that best support and create a lasting experience for our customers.
As part of your day to day, you’ll take ownership of issues with troubleshooting and performing in-depth investigations into customers’ escalated cases. Using in-depth troubleshooting and analysis skills and working directly with Armis engineering, to isolate root cause and implement work arounds and fixes.
You will help drive positive change by taking part in root cause reviews and become an active participant in implementing corrective and preventive measures to better enhance our product offerings.
