Reporting to the Global Vice President of Talent this position will focus on sourcing Sales, Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, G&A, and light technical candidates. Our Talent Team is made up of seasoned recruiters who are poised to quickly engage with your candidates, review & qualify, then move them through the interview process expeditiously.

The Impact You Will Have-

  • Find, assess and present profiles for our a variety of Sales, Professional Services and G&A roles
  • Engage with passive talent using sourcing tools and strategic sourcing methodologies
  • Use data to assess the market, talent map and build diverse pipelines
  • Offer an extraordinary "white glove" candidate experience to all potential candidates

Requirements

What We Look For-

  • 5+ Years of Recruiting or Sourcing experience in Sales/GTM as well as a cross section of functions
  • Expertise in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques
  • Experience implementing creative approaches to recruiting, with knowledge of the latest creative resources, inclusive messaging and techniques
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
