We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our growing team! This is a remote job, however this person must be willing to work all time time zones in the US.

You enjoy startup recruiting that requires managing multiple searches at once. You thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment where you welcome the challenge of building passive strategy campaigns for non-technical and technical roles. You think creatively on talent attraction strategies, and you are passionate about delivering a high touch service. 

At a high level, you will focus on end-to-end talent acquisition for our Customer Success and Technical Account Management teams to attract and retain top talent. This includes sourcing and recruiting, managing the candidate experience, and advising our hiring managers to make effective hiring decisions. Additionally, you'll collaborate with managers and teammates to launch with innovative recruitment programs and strategies, both for internal operations and outbound facing.


  • Bring the latest recruiting trends and best practices to maintain competitiveness in engaging and attracting top talent. 
  • Serve as the business partner and advisor to hiring managers to develop talent goals, strategies, and processes to identify the best and brightest people. 
  • Proactively identify and recruit professionals for multiple job opening across Sales, Biz Dev, Marketing, G&A, Customer Success, and others 
  • Generate passive and active pipeline of quality candidates using creative sourcing methods, various tools, and multiple channels
  • Bring up and launch recruiting operational strategies - tools, processes, and systems.



  • 8+ years of relevant experience working in a full life cycle recruiting capacity, min 3 yrs with in-house preferred
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS company required, ideal experience recruiting in security and networking.
  • Fluent in various ATS tools, using data and metrics to your advantage
