Upon joining the Armis team, you will be in a position to build best-in-class operational processes and programs for the Partner teams. Because of your experience and industry knowledge you will improve the recruitment, onboarding, lead generation, and success tracking for the Armis ecosystem of resellers and business development partners. These new partnerships will expand our reach into our market and open important doors at our strategic accounts. The partners we recruit will put Armis at the top of their list of vendors they choose to work with, and both sides of the relationship will flourish with an expanded list of successful customers. Your efforts will be key to meeting this goal.

What you will do:

  • Support and manage Armis global channel and partner operations
  • Own all key standard Partner processes such as Partner onboarding, deal registration, Partner incentives
  • Work with Channel Marketing to track demand gen programs and payments
  • Develop systems and manage their ongoing administration such as MDF, MSSP, Spiff tracking
  • Help Partner leadership with budgets and headcount and quotas
  • Bring industry best practices to Armis for a global partner program
  • Develop and monitor Salesforce customization to track Partner activities including reports which track KPIs
  • Assist in partner enablement programs
  • Impartner deal registration system is a plus.
  • Assure SFDC information about Partners is accurate
  • Assist in Partner onboarding and legal paperwork
  • Own the Impartner portal administration and development
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and implement configuration changes
  • Simplify, enhance, and modernize existing features
  • Assist with various other revenue operations programs



  • 10+ years working in Sales or Channel Operations
  • 5+ year’s experience with
  • Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Marketing automation, data integrity
  • Experience supporting sales, marketing and customer success teams with day to day operations
  • Experience managing sales territory models, capacity planning
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects: opportunities, leads, reports, workflow rules, triggers, and data loader, permissions, roles, dashboards, and logical formulas
  • Build and maintain key documentation regarding our policies, sales processes, and requirements
  • Have a proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects to success
  • Bring best practices based on proven experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
