This role requires leadership, drive and ambition coupled with an innate ability to collaborate. To succeed in role, you must be a superb manager, capable of driving projects forward at speed, able to give clear direction and be both a player and a coach. You are someone who enjoys getting stuff done, you provide clear direction, you thrive on producing collateral and powering campaigns. You love to bring new product launches to market and to ensure we position ourselves correctly. 

You know how to translate technical specifications and product insights into usable English by Sales and Marketing personnel. You are a natural ally to the sales enablement, product management and demand generation teams. You know cyber-security or a related SaaS, cloud and/or or platform eco-system. 

Your role requires you to work with the Heads of Product Management, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Demand Generation & Digital Marketing. You are a seasoned player and understand well how to be a part of a senior leadership team. You will report Directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and be a member of the Global Marketing Council.

They are culturally sensitive and possess high levels of emotional intelligence. They know what it is like to operate in scale-up. They know how to nurture and build a team. They know how to give clear directions and to get their team to optimize output. 

 

You: 

The following are not exhaustive, we are flexible for the right person, experience is key however: 

  • 12 years’+ experience working in product / proposition marketing or a related role 
  • You have already worked with organizations in cyber security, SaaS, or Cloud sectors 
  • Excellent communicator, you are clear, concise, and affable.
  • People respect you and like you. 
  • Skilled at working with multiple internal and external parties.
  • You have strong emotional intelligence.  
  • You are naturally an organized person.
  • You can easily maintain a calendar, prioritize responsibilities, and strategically manage your own budget.
  • You gave have demonstrated success in managing contractors/agencies when and where needed. 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment where agility and pivoting are a part of the journey.
  • Self-driven, positive, and collaborative individual. You enjoy collaborating and going it alone when needed.
