Armis is the leading agentless device security platform purpose-built to protect the world of unmanaged and IoT devices - providing passive, real-time and continuous asset inventory, risk management, and detection & response to prevent cyber attacks from disrupting and compromising a business.

At Armis, our Channel Solutions Architects (SA) serve as the primary technical enablers of our rapidly growing partner community. They are critical to helping our partners sell, deploy and manage the Armis agentless platform.

What you'll do

Work closely with our partners to:

  • Provide virtual and in-person technical demonstrations to partners and customers
  • Help "onboard" partners through targeted training, mentoring and technical deep deep dive sessions
  • Serve as technical point of contact
  • Manage technical resources and relationships
  • Facilitate relationships with partner community and Armis field sales teams
  • Provide input to drive partner engagements and communication plans
  • Manage special projects to create and enable new services
  • Support partner marketing activities, conferences, speaking engagements
  • Consistently and cogently address our partner and prospects needs through astute verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrive in a team-oriented culture through delivering a significant individual contribution while collaborating with and strengthening teammates
  • Think critically, spanning the sales process through customer support, troubleshooting, and developing new use cases for internal and external consumption.
  • Develop partner facing materials (documents, videos, etc.)
  • Expected to travel up to 40% of the time on average (can vary by region)

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

Education

  • BS degrees in computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience required

Experience

  • Very strong understanding of networking concepts and technologies
  • 5+ years experience in technical positions required
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing or customer support positions
  • Experience supporting and enabling technical partners
  • Strong presentation skills

Knowledge in one or more of the following:

  • IoT, OT, IoMT
  • SaaS environments
  • Wireless technologies (WLCs, Meraki, Aruba, etc.)
  • Linux Operating Systems
  • Virtualized environments
  • Utility Scripting (Python preferred)
