Responsibilities: 

  • Own and manage business units learning programs; Conduct needs assessment and build programs accordingly (professional and power skills)
  • Establish approaches to evaluate learning program impacts
  • Manage the LXP/LMS platform and be responsible for the maintenance, communication, engagement and ongoing support for all users
  • Be responsible for Onboarding strategy, structure, content and the alignment with the professional onboarding
  • Contribute, design and execute the vision and strategy of Learning and Development
  • Plan and oversee learning budget used by the L&D team and the managers
  • Promote learning culture and come up with new learning initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with multiple interfaces like HR, enablement teams and external providers on the creation of L&D programs and content
  • Execute with strong project management skills, including monitoring plans and managing against milestones, managing issues and risks as needed
  • Manage and execute knowledge sharing initiatives

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Learning and OD partner/manager.
  • Min 2 years experience in tech organizations (Cyber security preference) 
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Communicative, great teammate with outstanding interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work with many stakeholders in a high pace environment
  • Curious, fast learner with attention to details
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS/LXP)
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • Experience in working in a dynamic, constantly changing environment
