We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our growing team in EMEA! 

 

About You.. 

You have broad HR experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment and you are motivated by being an employee champion and change agent. With a people first mentality, you treat fellow Armis-ers as if they're family. You seek to continually enhance your HR skills as you roll out creative programs that not only help us achieve our company business objectives but also help others reach their full potential.   

At a high level, you will focus on the daily HR administration, compliance and improving our HR operations as our company grows!  

  • Bring the latest trends and best practices to Armis that crafts a rewarding employee experience
  • Manage and enhance the employee onboarding that ensures all new employees feel included and have the tools and resources they need to thrive
  • Administer payroll and benefit plans that drive high employee job satisfaction
  • Assist with all internal and external HR matters related to benefits, payroll, LoA accommodation requests, and HRIS employee management
  • Partner with HR and management team to better understand employee engagement trends and develop action plans so that Armis continues to be an incredible place to work
  • Participate in developing organizational HR guidelines and procedures, ensuring state and federal legal compliance 
  • Partner with the HR team to build people programs and policies that ensure Armis is set up to scale thoughtfully - performance reviews, total rewards design, and employee training development

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience working in a People (HR) operations with employees in several countries in Europe (Germany is a big plus)
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations within at least 3 European countries
  • Industry experience in tech or software company required

  • Self-directed initiator. You take ownership of your work and require no prompting to drive productivity, change and outcomes
  • Ability to use sound judgment to problem solve, make decisions and involve necessary individuals at the appropriate time
  • Ability to balance multiple work priorities effectively and adapt to change
  • Maintain high level of professionalism under pressure and demonstrates responsible decision making in stressful or unexpected situations
  • Effective Communication both verbal and written
  • Experience using Bamboo (HRIS)
