As the Partner Marketing Manager - EMEA, you will collaborate with corporate marketing and partner sales leadership to plan and execute to/through partner marketing campaigns and programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth for the region.

This is a broad role with a high level of autonomy, requiring well-rounded marketing expertise balanced with working knowledge of a partner ecosystem. As a ‘doer’, you will need to think and work strategically while retaining a focus on tactical execution and results. Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with partner sales leadership to define and execute the EMEA partner marketing strategy with clear and measurable objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the partner sales team by ensuring adequate pipeline coverage through the channel and providing regular data-driven marketing updates.
  • Design and execute marketing programs to generate new partner leads and support the growth of a strong partner base in EMEA. This includes the creation and execution of campaigns and partner enablement tools, as well as regional events and webinars.  
  • Develop a partner onboarding journey to enable and prepare a partner to navigate Armis’ marketing tools and content for scaling their business and supporting their sales of Armis solutions.
  • Develop the messaging and content framework for partner programs and campaigns through the development of partner-packaged campaigns and a cadence of partner communications.
  • Support and engage with Armis distributors to ensure alignment with our marketing objectives and strategy; manage inclusion in distribution programs and activities to drive awareness and leads.
  • Work closely with resellers, field marketing, and our partner business managers to strategize and develop co-marketing plans that drive lead acquisition, pipeline creation, and opportunity acceleration. Activities may include in-person events, webinars, email, content, enablement tools, merchandise, promotions, advertising, webinars, incentive campaigns, social media, etc.
  • Manage the EMEA partner marketing budget and partner MDF program, including the program structure, guidelines, partner planning template, processes and ongoing administration of funds. Work closely with finance to ensure proper budgeting and adherence to MDF guidelines and procedures.
  • Track, measure, and report on the ROI associated with our partner marketing activities and MDF spend to all internal stakeholders.


Requirements (the following are not exhaustive, we are flexible for the right person):

  • 5+ years experience working in a partner marketing role, ideally with a cybersecurity, high-tech, or SAAS company.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong project and budget management skills. You are a highly organized and adept multi-tasker with the ability to quickly prioritize tasks.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment where agility and pivoting are a part of the journey.
  • Self-driven, focused, and positive individual. You enjoy collaborating and also working autonomously when needed. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working across EMEA would be beneficial. You bring an understanding of the culture and demographics of the EMEA region and can tailor the marketing approach as needed by country.
  • Able to travel across EMEA as required.
  • Creative. You push “beyond” to build something fresh.
  • Passionate about setting a new standard in partner marketing by building campaigns and programs that our partners love.
  • Proven track record of driving results and ability to execute. You hold yourself and others accountable and focus on work that drives our long-term goals.
