This is a 100% remote position based in UK or Ireland

 

Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Armis’ ERP system, NetSuite, within
the Finance team and work closely with multiple teams across the organization. We are looking for
an experienced team-player who is primarily technically oriented with an ability to clearly engage
and communicate with Business users.

 

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary NetSuite resource for Armis taking a central role in NetSuite expansion and integration projects. Notable among these in the immediate term will be the rollout of Procure2Pay system and ongoing interface with Salesforce CRM and other software used by the accounting team
  • Create SuiteScripts that meet the requirements of the organisation
  • Correctly capture, document, implement and test workflows
  • Report generation and modification, including providing transparent and timely reporting to the Management team and/or project managers you are working with
  • Give internal, ongoing system/technical assistance to users, ranging from training to maintaining the system access correctly for all roles
  • Support projects to enhance existing systems or implement new ones 
  • Assist users in developing/refining their processes around the supported systems
  • Research and resolve integration errors with NetSuite across the organization
  • Support unit testing and user acceptance testing for new version releases and projects
  • Properly document system changes and permission changes
  • Support internal and external audit as needed by providing requested data
  • Provide coaching as and where needed, dependent on individual needs and role
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders assisting in effectively, translating business requirements into development deliverables


Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years NetSuite experience as a NetSuite Administrator
  • Experience working on saved searches, dashboards, user set-ups and workflows
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge/experience in SuiteScript development and testing and SuiteAnalytics
  • Experience in modifications and reporting functions on NetSuite
  • Extensive configuration experience of NetSuite. Familiarity with the specification and building of custom records, scripting, and workflow solutions to automate business processes
  • Work with stakeholders at various levels throughout the organisation to define user stories, and functional specifications and create a proof of concepts
  • Directly support continued user adoption efforts to ensure the system is fully utilised, supporting business user training across the organisation
  • Monitor end-user usage of systems, tracking performance, performing daily administrative and support tasks, and maintaining and updating system documentation
  • Have an ability and willingness to learn new systems and skills
  • Possess a team-minded and positive attitude
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work creatively and in an organized manner in a problem-solving environment
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

The Ideal Candidate Will be Able to Demonstrate the Following Skills and Experience

  • Extensive NetSuite administration/configuration experience
  • Data migration and NetSuite implementation and testing experience
  • Experience of NetSuite integration with other systems/platforms, including CRM systems such as Salesforce would be beneficial 
  • Experience working with IT, Business Applications and Finance teams in directly translating business requirements into NetSuite solutions
  • Comprehensive understanding of all modules within NetSuite, especially ARM, PRM and Procurement
  • Experience in Workflow and development knowledge
  • Knowledge/Experience in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches, and reports - preferably NetSuite data model
  • Experience and knowledge of best practice around core financial and procurement processes, for example: AR, AP, Monthly Reporting, Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, revenue recognition, PR approvals workflow, supplier onboarding flow etc.
  • Experience with data migration and process improvements
  • Understanding of working with 3rd party plugins/integrations
  • Familiarity with technical aspects of the system, including to troubleshoot/enhance current functionalities and can work on configurations and customizations

 

Desirable Technical Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • NetSuite Foundation and Administrator Certification
  • Coding and SQL scripting skills 
  • Exposure to Procure2Pay and Accounts Payable systems and to Salesforce 
  • SuiteFlow workflow experience
