You are a highly organised data analyst who will partner with our CMO and head of Demand Generation to analyse and report our campaign analytics. Partnering with marketing you will analyse and help drive decisions on performance across all of the touch points in a customer lifecycle. You are able to work in a matrixed environment and able to balance the needs for regular reporting and maintenance schedules with the need for advanced ideas and strategic thinking. You love finding a way to solve a problem in the now as opposed to waiting to solve the problem in the perfect way. You think speed to action wins best; while being able to be conscious of building towards the future.
  • Analyse campaign and customer data to provide conclusions and recommendations for marketing
  • Own the reporting and analytics for the ROI of all marketing campaigns globally
  • Build and implement campaign attribution models and ROI reporting 
  • Create, support, and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards as well as find creative solutions for a variety of challenges facing our growing data requirements
  • Analyse and explain changes in key performance indicators to marketing and key stakeholders
  • Build and develop dashboards in our BI solution
  • Document business processes and identifies areas of process improvement to support an ecosystem of clean and readily available business data
  • 3+ Years in marketing analytics 
  • Experience in DOMO or other BI solutions preferred
  • Experience with SFDC and other marketing systems
