As Armis grows rapidly, we are looking for candidates to manage all global IT physical and virtual assets and deliver first-level of technical support to employees in an ever-changing infrastructure.

You will implement robust logistics processes and oversee global IT assets to optimize Armis’ end-users support flow, lifecycle and company growth.

You will join the IT & Security team and report directly to Armis Head of IT & Security.

Working closely with all the company’s departments and end-users.


Responsibilities include:

  • Implement, deploy and manage IT & Security asset management system and processes
  • Manage physical and virtual assets lifecycle, contracts and support
  • Responsible for global IT & Security equipment and licenses purchasing and shipping process
  • Maintain and manage end-to-end of assets’ vendors and suppliers
  • Responsible for the good functioning and maintenance of the conference rooms infrastructure and systems
  • Responsible for new employees' on-boarding setup and orientation
  • Responsible for employees' off-boarding process
  • Provide first-level support of technical support to end-users
  • Identify, automate and document solutions to common issues
  • Work with on-prem and cloud systems


Ideal candidates will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience with asset (physical and virtual) management and logistics operations
  • Excellent and proven serviceability skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with stock management
  • Experience with local and international shipping process
  • Experience with suppliers and vendors management
  • Excellent documentation capabilities
  • Good negotiation skills and training capabilities
  • Good level of English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Very high motivation and willingness to continuously learn
  • High level of independence and time management skills
  • Team player state of mind, caring about the impact of the infrastructure on its users
