Armis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Americas Public Sector Field Marketing Manager reporting to the Director of Americas Field Marketing. In this role you will be an integral part of the Americas Field Marketing team, overseeing the success of all marketing initiatives and events for Federal and State and Local government & K-12 sector. This role is for someone with a demonstrated ability to effectively plan national & regional marketing programs to support the needs of the Americas Public Sector Field Team & Sales Leadership with the goal of building & driving demand through field events, thought leadership & demand generation vehicles to help build and accelerate pipeline to support Americas Public Sector Annual & Quarterly Sales Targets. An affinity for measurable outcomes and experience in a highly data-driven marketing organization is a must.

·      Based on data and input from the Americas Public Sector field & leadership team, you will plan and execute regional field marketing programs including industry events & tradeshows, thought leadership summits & digital marketing focused on filling the top of funnel. You will also partner with the Demand Generation team on webinars, direct mail and email marketing campaigns.

·      Foster strong collaboration between marketing, sales and the technical team. You must partner closely to generate and accelerate pipeline to meet and exceed revenue goals/ Effective communication on all programs and initiatives is essential.

·      Leverage corporate and product messaging to tailor as appropriate; you must be able to craft content as it relates to Public Sector Field Marketing programs that demonstrate an understanding of our key GTM initiatives and value proposition/messages that will resonate with our target persona.

·      Provide closed-loop reporting to measure the effectiveness on all Public Sector Field Marketing Events & Programs while identifying areas for optimization. This role requires transparent and frequent communication on marketing effectiveness with both the Field Marketing, Sales and company leadership teams.


  • 5+ years of direct experience in a B2B Field Marketing role, ideally within Public Sector for cybersecurity or enterprise software company.
  • You should possess experience managing marketing programs focused at technical and executive audiences (CIO’s, CISO’s, DevOps, Security Architects, etc).
  • BA/BS or equivalent industry experience required; MA preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, start-up environment with an understanding of how to build from the ground up.
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work with a decentralized, cross-cultural team
  • Proven capability with automation platforms required. As well as a familiarity with MS Office, Google Office, etc.
  • Proven track record of supporting successful programs with knowledge of databases, email execution, lead processes, reporting, and analytics
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
