The role:

This role requires strong leadership, drive and ambition coupled with an innate ability to collaborate globally. You are fluent in English (all forms). You are someone who ‘gets stuff done’, you thrive on producing collateral, project and campaigns. You can manage and launch a new partner or alliance. You can work on your own and across a team. You know that partnership marketing has a clear revenue goal and objective. Ideally you know cyber-security or related SaaS, cloud and platform eco-systems. You have worked with one or all the following firms: Salesforce, IBM, Sentinel One, Crowdstrike, Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Rockwell, Checkpoint, Nuvias, Service Now. You know and can work with their marketing personnel and business development contact points. You will be working with very senior Armis Business Development representatives and reporting to our VP, Product and Partner Marketing. You will be a part of a global team. You will own how we execute marketing programs with these partners. You are a sole contributor and do not manage direct reports. 

 

Ideal candidate:

Our ideal candidate is both a “doer” and a leader and has worked with a range of firms. They like to make things happen. They are very collaborative & affable. They can manage senior stakeholders. They are very organized and know how manage a project. They can develop clear strategies, plans and can execute against them. You like to network, you like to get things done.  She/he/they have direct experience in partnership marketing. They know what it is like to operate in scale-up. They know we are agile and change rapidly. You are able to lead without lots of direction. You can ‘jump in’ and get stuck in. You know how to work across a matrix environment. You know how to manage a check-list of launch items and to bring partnerships to life. You know how to plan and instruct teams, where it makes sense, on what they need to do to launch and promote a new alliance. 

 

You: 

The following are not exhaustive, we are flexible for the right person, past-experience is essential however: 

  • 8 years+’ experience working in partnership / alliance marketing or a related commercial marketing role (relevant experience is key) 
  • You have already worked with organizations in cyber security, B2B technology, SaaS, Cloud, media or a related field
  • Excellent communicator, you are clear, concise and affable.
  • People respect you and like you. 
  • Skilled at working with multiple internal and external parties.
  • You can operate and engage with senior leaders 
  • You have strong emotional intelligence (EQ) 
  • You are naturally an organized person
  • You can influence and lead people to deliver for your needs 
  • You can easily maintain a calendar, prioritize responsibilities, and strategically manage your own budget.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment where agility and pivoting are a part of the journey.
  • Self-driven, positive, and collaborative individual. 

 

Possible Career Path Opportunities:
In 12-14 months’ time, subject to successful performance and role availability this post-holder will be eligible to apply for the Senior Director of Partnership & Alliance Marketing, if and where it is available. Furthermore after 12-14 months of consecutive high performance, the post-holder may elect to choose to apply for alternate role within Marketing organization and/or wider business.
