We’re looking for a Director of Finance to foster a healthy financial infrastructure to support our path to IPO and manage Armis’ global accounting operations.  This opportunity is ideal for someone who is looking for a broad range of responsibilities within a fast-growing cyber-security company.  A successful candidate thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced company.   This role will report to the VP Finance.

 

RESPONSBILITIES

  • Own and drive the consolidated periodic financial statement close process (monthly, quarterly, and annually) in accordance with US GAAP
  • Develop and implement controls over the financial reporting process, including process design and management of ongoing execution
  • Oversight of all accounting, payroll, revenue, tax, equity and treasury functions across the company and its subsidiaries
  • Lead, plan, and execute all accounting processes and activities across the organization,
  • Leverage technology to build scalable/sustainable processes to create efficiencies, streamline accounting operations and improve accuracy and timeliness of reporting
  • Serve as main point of contact for consolidated and statutory audits (financial statement related as well as institutions and authorities globally)
  • Act as a resource for complex accounting transactions across the business when needed (revenue recognition implications on customer contracts, lease accounting, technical accounting, and financial reporting issues)
  • Take part in cross-company projects and support the corporate accounting team including automation projects and process improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and cross-functional teams

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including proven experience as a Finance Director or other leading finance professional in a global high growth tech company
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and transactional readiness
  • Adept at managing and empowering a global team
  • Strong analytical, evaluative and problem-solving skills as well as outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, meet tight deadlines and prioritize competing workloads
  • Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement. Seeks solutions in automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English and Hebrew
  • Experience working with NetSuite is an advantage
  • Advanced education in the areas of Finance, Accounting, or Economics holding a CPA certification
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills and extensive experience in MS Office programs and Google G-Suite products.
