THE ROLE

We are looking to welcome a Healthcare Strategist  with a focus on IoMT, medical device security , to help create the powerful and compelling messaging, content, and collateral that drives awareness, educates about Armis, and fuels the adoption of our unified asset visibility and security platform.

This role will lead the effort to develop and deliver solutions, messaging, marketing content, collateral and customer-facing programs designed to drive alignment of Armis strategy to the needs of healthcare information security and health technology management decision makers, LOB and technical influencers within our enterprise healthcare delivery organization and bio-technology accounts. 

You will work with the best in the business, and we need you to bring your creativity, imagination and energy to this role. As the Lead Healthcare Strategist, you will have experience with the health IT, Clinical Technology management market (preferably cybersecurity market as well) overall including, understanding of the buyer personas and an understanding of the inherent operational & cybersecurity challenges they have. With that strong background as your guide, you will engage cross-functionally with our internal teams to help design, plan and execute the go-to-market strategy that drives measurable success. This will include building personas, differentiated messaging, enablement and content to increase awareness and demand about the Armis platform and its role in securing these organizations. This role will also engage with Armis sales and channel resources to ensure that the teams are all enabled to deliver a consistently powerful message to the market.

You are an experienced professional with a passion for healthcare and ready to help shape what resilience should look like in support of patient care. You are a self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have experience working with a distributed/global team. You will relish in taking ownership of the product marketing activities and you will feel comfortable presenting to both technical and business decision makers. A creative mindset and an eye for quality and transparency are crucial, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into simple, compelling messages. 

This is not an entry-level position, you must be able to provide examples / create samples of thought leadership as long and short form articles, reports, and documents as part of the interview process. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand Healthcare Security, IT, HTM (Biomed/Clinical Engineering) buyer needs, market landscape and competitive forces.
  • Understand Biotech Security, IT, Product Design & manufacturing market landscape and buyer needs
  • Understand care delivery process and hospital operations 
  • Create compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning, with a clear understanding of the target customer and the core capabilities of the offering, benefits and differentiation. . 
  • Develop and keep fresh content including collateral, thought leadership and solution presentations, website content, videos, blogs, by-lined articles and more to execute communication strategies and accelerate the buyer’s journey.
  • Position our sales and channel organizations to win through effective sales enablement tools and initiatives.   
  • Present to customers, channel partners, analysts, etc. 
  • Assist with the planning and launch of new offerings, capabilities and releases and participate in managing the cross-functional implementation of those plans.
  • Stay abreast of industry news and events, industry analyst reports and social activity. Leverage these to educate key constituents and to drive awareness and demand generation.
  • Create and execute engagement programs for industry analysts and other key influencers.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • A passion for Healthcare industry, Health IT, Healthcare Technology Management and cyber security combined with  the continuous learning that comes as part of this extremely dynamic and emerging field.
  • 10+ years of healthcare IT/cybersecurity industry experience. Specific experience in hospital operations is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s in business, Healthcare Management  or marketing
  • Excellent written communication and excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides). 
  • Ability to collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high quality content.
  • Focus on delivering engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members.
  • Editing, proofreading and content improvement focus.
  • Familiarity with rapid-response programs
  • Experience with SEO and Google Analytics a plus
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, executives and third parties
  • Strong ability to multitask with proven track record of execution on application/product launches, initiatives/programs
  • High-tech, start-up, rapid growth and/or publicly traded company experience.
  • Ability to travel 40% of the time (once we start traveling again).
