The Opportunity
Armis is looking for an experienced in-house attorney to lead the bulk of its legal affairs in EMEA & APAC, reporting directly to Armis’ General Counsel (located in the US). In this capacity, You will play a key role as part of our global commercial legal team, and will work closely with Armis’ Armis’ Sales, Finance, Support, People, and other teams cross-functionally, helping us maintain our exceptional growth and expansion in various markets and across various business needs.
The selected individual is able to combine a pragmatic business-minded approach with legal practice, deep understanding of the implications of various legal approaches and associated outcomes. You’ll work closely with other business-minded professionals on all facets of our business with focus on commercial transactions, as well as a host of other matters which require legal expertise and risk analysis. In addition, you will play an instrumental role in building and shaping the growing Armis legal team.
