Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role requires the post-holder to be a superb product marketing content creation lead, who will ensure both Sales & Marketing are supplied with the right product marketing messaging, materials, & insights they need to succeed. They will have successfully executed similar roles at other Cybersecurity companies.
She/he/they will be well adept at liaising with multiple stakeholders and ensuring the right materials are delivered on time. They will directly manage a team of Product Marketing & Competitive Intelligence Managers. They will be accountable for delivering product marketing materials on time and under the supervision of the Program Management Office (PMO).
This role influences how we go to market but is very much focused on delivery of our product messaging, how we position our capabilities and how we ensure strategic analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC) rank our firm. They will need to be able to converse with senior leads both internally and externally. They need to understand how to obtain the maximum results from analyst engagements.
This role requires knowledge, drive and ambition coupled with an innate ability to collaborate. To succeed in the role you will be a superb manager, capable of driving projects forward at speed, able to give clear direction and be both a 'player and a coach'.
You know how to translate technical specifications and product insights, into usable English by Sales and Marketing personnel. You are a natural ally to the sales enablement, analyst relations, product management and demand generation teams. You know the cyber-security landscape like the ‘back of your hand’.
Please note: the road to IPO is a long one, the Senior Director of Product Marketing, will have to get themselves and their team up to optimal speed and ensure the team is producing content in a very timely manner. Product Marketing fuels the growth of our business. The post holder needs to work with key stakeholders in multiple time-zones.
In this role you will work closely with members from different teams; Product Management, Sales Enablement, Analyst Relations, SolutionEngineers, Demand Generation & Digital Marketing. You understand how to be a part of a senior leadership team and will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Requirements:
The following are not exhaustive, we are flexible for the right person, experience is key however:
- 12 years+ experience working in product / proposition marketing or a related role
- Experience working with organizations in cyber security
- Excellent communicator, clear, concise, and affable.
- Skilled at working with multiple internal and external parties.
- Strong prioritization skills and able to strategically manage a budget.
- Demonstrated success in managing contractors/agencies when and where needed.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment where agility and pivoting are a part of the journey.
- Self-driven, positive, and collaborative individual. You enjoy collaborating and going it alone when needed.
Salary range guidance for this position is: $204,500-$252,500 per annum.
