Ensuring that the entire attack surface is both defended and managed in real time.   The role: We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join our team. This role is for someone with a demonstrated ability to effectively plan marketing programs that support the pipeline and drive demand generation on a regional and global level. In this role you will partner with the International GTM organisation as well as the broader marketing team to craft and deliver campaign strategies that directly impact the bottom-line. This role manages the overall International Demand Generation Team to support regional efforts in EMEA and ANZ as well as the Global Campaigns Team to execute the global campaign strategy, end-to-end delivery of campaigns, measurement and analytics to ensure we are achieving ROI.   What you will do…
  • Strategise, execute, and optimise data-driven demand generation campaigns to deliver pipeline for an assigned geographic or firmographic defined market segment.
  • Responsible for developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, building email nurtures, owning top funnel virtual events, and measuring results.
  • Execute regional marketing strategy for EMEA and ANZ to support the broader GTM organisation including events and regional campaigns.
  • Continuously conduct A/B testing across all channels to drive, test, learn, and optimise marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop persona-based buyer journeys as the foundational layer of our campaign strategy and ensure relevant messaging, timing, and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Use marketing automation and email nurture to engage and convert prospects and customers across the buyer journey.
  • Provide ongoing reporting, analysis and campaign insights to stakeholders and improve campaign performance going forward.
  • Measure and track our Marketing investing against KPIs.
  What we expect…
  • 10+ years of experience in a B2B Marketing role at a cybersecurity or enterprise software company
  • Strong understanding of the campaign process and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills; confident managing upwards and coordinating teams with a good understanding of project management tools and concepts.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM software such as Marketo and Salesforce
  • Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills
  • A team player with a strong and confident personality and a positive attitude
